Set to release on Flippen Bits as the inaugural offering of 2024, Hekkla presents his "Hyper Continuum EP“. Hailing from the southern part of the Netherlands, this Den Bosch-based UK aficionado serves up a handful of quality DJ tools in the higher BPMs. The EP kicks off with "Nano," where distorted vocals intertwine seamlessly with a steady broken groove. "Enter The Blade" follows suit, where acid baselines elegantly interplay with pulsating rave stabs. „Floor Crawl“ is sure one to test every clubs subs with it’s deep bass sweeps, while Hyper Continuum weaves a tapestry of never-ending suspense, complemented by expansive synths and swooping sirens.
To cap it off, Siu Mata contributes a killer remix of the title track, transforming its original elements into a high-speed dembow trip.
