Flippen Bits is the new offshoot from the Amsterdam based Flippen Disks label ran by Monty DJ. While the main imprint sets out to find its own space in between genres to move dance floors while staying non-functional enough for home listening pleasure, this new sub has a more functional approach. Wild and energetic, bass heavy bits for the more playful DJ's in the late nights.

First up is Maroki, the Wales raised and Amsterdam based producer, known for recent releases on E-Beamz and Shall Not Fade offshoot Lost Palms, comes in strong with four excellent futuristic bass hybrids. It also contains two MXC reworks created together with Nottingham's Coralie.

Coldred EP is a wild ride, it takes you from the heavy percussion title-track Coldred to the acidic stuttering breakbeats of Nightshop On The Way. The MXC version adds a true sub-heavy steppers vibe to the original where they flip TFMPP into a mesmerizing broken beat affair fit for the wormhole. With early support from DJ's like Madam X and mad miran it's an exciting new chapter in the Flippen Disks catalog with loads more lined up for the next year.
